Jess Harnell is an American voice actor, singer, and musician known for being the voices of Wakko Warner and Walter Wolf on The Animaniacs. He contributed to films like The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Toy Story 2, Lilo & Stitch, Zootopia, and Cars. Some of his television credits include Sofia the First, Elena of Avalor, ChalkZone, Wreck-It Ralph, Doc McStuffins and Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure.
Outside of Disney, Harnell is best known as the current voice of Crash Bandicoot video game franchise as well as several other notable. He is also known for being the lead singer and musician of his rock band Rock Sugar. Rock Sugar is an American rock band known for their mashups of pop music and heavy metal from the 1980s.
